Location: Loveland, CO


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM


Pay: $18.30 - $20.00 per hour


Job Type: Temporary (3-4 month assignment)


 


Job Title & Quick Summary: The Clinic Clerk performs a variety of clerical and receptionist duties to support the overall administrative functions of the clinic. This role also involves participant care responsibilities, scheduling specialist appointments, and performing clerical tasks as needed by clinical staff or other departments.




Responsibilities:




  • Answer incoming phone calls and route to appropriate parties or voicemail; forward messages as needed.




  • Greet and direct incoming visitors, answer questions about general services, and provide information using available resources.




  • Perform data entry of participant information, diagnostic orders, test results, and Data PACE information according to established procedures.




  • Coordinate with the transportation department to schedule outside and special in-house appointments for participants.




  • Notify participants, families, and caregivers of appointments and transportation arrangements.




  • Receive diagnostic tests by fax or email, route them to Primary Care Physicians, and follow up to obtain procedure results.




  • File, scan, and index clinic medical information in appropriate records from clinical services and other departments.




  • Assist in dispensing medications, inhalers, eye drops, and other aids to participants as required.




  • Complete assigned service utilization tasks.




  • Maintain up-to-date immunization trackers and ensure timely entry of new information.




Required Qualifications :


  •  Strong clerical skills, including filing, record-keeping, data entry, and customer service


  • Proficiency in medical terminology




  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain one




  • High School diploma or GED




Preferred Qualifications:




  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) with clinical healthcare experience




  • Bilingual skills
