Administrative Assistant IIl
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Full Time / Hours between 8am & 5pm.
Pay: $22 - $26 - Depending on Experience
Job Type: Temporary Assignment
Job Summary: Provides administrative support to the assigned unit. Responsibilities may include: scheduling appointments, giving information to callers, dictation, composing memos, transcribing notes, handling multiple projects, and preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports. May also research and create presentations, generate reports, represent management at meetings and assist in compiling and developing the annual budget
Required Skills and Abilities:
1. English composition/grammar.
2. Shorthand or speed writing.
3. Personal Computer literacy: File management, labels, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Visio.
4. Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
5. Problem solving for complex situations.
6. Good representation of the corporation to outside sources.
7. Good interpersonal skill with managers and administrative staff.
8. Highly professional demeanor.
9. Good time management and prioritizing skills.
10. Demonstrates attention to details while multi-tasking a variety of projects.
11. Good public relations.
12. Ability to troubleshoot problems without direct supervision, as needed.
1. High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree highly preferred.
2. A minimum of four years experience in an office environment performing a similar level of work required.
3. Prior health care experience preferred.
4. Able to speak, read, and write in English, Spanish, and Chinese strongly preferred.
