Salary range: $180,000-$185,000

Job Overview
We are seeking committed and compassionate Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) with a focus in primary care and addiction medicine to join a multidisciplinary team at two Harm Reduction Health Hubs in Skid Row, Los Angeles. These hubs are designed to deliver holistic, trauma-informed care to individuals experiencing street homelessness and substance use disorders.
The provider will primarily focus on direct patient care while also having opportunities to lead and shape clinical programs aimed at reducing overdose, communicable diseases, mental health crises, and interpersonal violence. Care is delivered in both a low-barrier outpatient clinic and a 20-bed short-term community respite space.
Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered, non-judgmental care for highly marginalized populations including individuals who are unhoused, use drugs, engage in sex work, and/or have experienced incarceration.
