Analyst I - Facilities

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, California

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8a-5p onsite

Pay: $30/hour

Job Type: 6 month contact

Summary:

The Analyst I - Facilities position, under close supervision, incumbents perform the more standard support and analysis duties while learning business operation policies and procedures and specific techniques related to analysis. Will work standard reports, ad-hoc requests, studies, analyses.  With experience assignments become more diversified and are performed under more general supervision.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Two (2) or more years of experience in report writing and analysis, including extensive use and understanding of MS Access, Excel, Visio, Word, and Power Point.


• Bachelor’s degree in a Health, Business, or related field from an accredited institution required.


• In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of four (4) years of direct experience in Facilities position supporting business process and applications is required for this position.


• This experience is in addition to the minimum years listed in the Experience Requirements above.

Key Qualifications

• Data analysis, word processing, spreadsheet, and some database capabilities. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Power Point, Word and Excel is essential.


• Communicate clearly and effectively both in speaking and in writing.


• Excellent data input, strong problem-solving capability, and interpersonal / communication skills.
