JOB TITLE Accounts Payable Specialist 

Location: San Ysidro, CA 92173

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $24 - $31 per hour

Requirements: 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, High School Diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-Time, 13 weeks

Position Summary: Keep things running smoothly by processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and making sure payments go out on time. Work with supervisors and vendors to resolve any issues and ensure everything is done efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities: 

• Knowledge of accounts payable processes


• Understanding of basic accounting principles


• Experience with accounting software


• Excel proficiency


• Strong organizational and math skills


• Good oral and written communication skills
