Associate Medical Director


Salary Range: $230,000 to $270,000


 


Requirements to apply:


Board Certification: Board-Certified MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Geriatrics (preferred)


Medical Degree: Current MA MD/DO License


Certifications: DEA, Mass Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR), and current BLS Certification 


Experience: 3-5 years of experience working with a frail, elderly or long-term care population, 1 year required



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lead administrative role

  • Health plan and/or health care operations experience preferred

  • Utilization management, quality management, performance improvement, and peer review experience preferred


Must be able to travel between site(s) and client’s home in a timely manner. 


 


We are seeking a full-time Associate Medical Director to join our incredible Brockton, MA team!


 


Job Overview


The Associate Medical Director, reporting to the Medical Director, supports the medical delivery of the highest quality clinical care by providers for those patients in our program. Additionally, the Associate Medical Director will maintain a part-time clinical practice while holding a leadership role within the organization.
