Job Overview
This is a great opportunity to work as a behavioral health therapist in a primary care office setting with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties required. Candidates should have experience providing evidence-based therapy, with a preference for those experienced in working within an Integrated Care Model. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in utilizing an Electronic Medical Record system, are essential.
Key responsibilities include maintaining flexibility with a rotating schedule between a school-based setting and outpatient care, providing outpatient therapy, brief interventions, consultations, assessments, and follow-up services. The role also involves compliance with mandatory reporting requirements, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across various settings, thorough documentation in Electronic Health Records, and active engagement with families, parents, school personnel, and the broader community.
