Job Title: Call Processing Representative (Bilingual - Spanish)

Location: San Ysidro, CA  92173
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Fixed Schedule)
Pay: $25.99 - $34.93 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Requirements: Must be Bilingual in Spanish, 1 year of healthcare and call center experience 
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (6-month contract before conversion)

Position Summary:

This role manages inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center, handling appointment scheduling while providing excellent customer service, accurate patient registration, and member education on available services.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule, reschedule, cancel, and confirm medical and dental appointments.


• Greet callers in a professional and courteous manner.


• Collect and update patient demographic information.


• Recognize and handle unique medical issues, urgent services, and patient grievances.


• Answer inquiries about services and direct calls appropriately.


• Maintain productivity and quality assurance standards.


• Effectively communicate and document information using proper medical terminology.

• Bilingual in Spanish (Required)


• High School Diploma or GED equivalent


• 1 year of healthcare experience 


• 1 year of call center or receptionist experience 


• Ability to type 40 WPM


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and phone systems


• Experience with Epic and Dentrix (Preferred)
