CENTER MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Salary Range - $250,000 - $270,000 DOE
We have an immediate need for a direct hire, full time Center Medical Director at one of our growing centers!

Job Overview
The Center Medical Director (CMD) provides medical care for Senior patients; and, responsible for the medical care across a variety of settings, including but not limited to the ADHC clinic, participants’ homes, the nursing home, assisted living facilities and personal care boarding homes.
Responsibilities
- Primary Care/Patient Care - Estimated Percent of time Spent – 65%
- Administrative - Estimated Percent of time Spent – 15%
- Supervision - Estimated Percent of time Spent – 20%
Program Development
Work for a leadership team that supports physician advancement and leadership development, that welcomes your input for continuous program enhancements.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree; Current; active and unrestricted PA State Medical License and DEA number
- Board Certified in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Experience in Quality Metrics and Utilization Review oversight
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, with some experience in an outpatient setting
- Passion for working with senior populations
- Willingness and interest in being a hands-on leader
- Local travel on occasion if needed
