CENTER MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Salary Range - $250,000 - $270,000 DOE
We have an immediate need for a direct hire, full time Center Medical Director at one of our growing centers!

Job Overview
The Center Medical Director (CMD) provides medical care for Senior patients; and, responsible for the medical care across a variety of settings, including but not limited to the ADHC clinic, participants’ homes, the nursing home, assisted living facilities and personal care boarding homes.
Responsibilities
- Primary Care/Patient Care - Estimated Percent of time Spent – 65%
- Administrative - Estimated Percent of time Spent – 15%
- Supervision - Estimated Percent of time Spent – 20%
Program Development
Work for a leadership team that supports physician advancement and leadership development, that welcomes your input for continuous program enhancements.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree required
- Current active Medical License for state in which practicing
- DEA number
- Adequate malpractice coverage required
- Not on the Preclusion List
- Board certification in a primary care specialty required
- Two (2) years of experience in outpatient settings and in working with seniors is required
- One to two (1-2 years) of Leadership experience
