Salary Range - $250,000 - $270,000 DOE


We have an immediate need for a direct hire, full time Center Medical Director at one of our growing centers!


Downey, CA The city is becoming increasingly hip with breweries and top-rated restaurants, and is still close to beautiful scenery, and natural trails, including nearby Yosemite!

Job Overview


The Center Medical Director (CMD) provides medical care for Senior patients; and, responsible for the medical care across a variety of settings, including but not limited to the ADHC clinic, participants’ homes, the nursing home, assisted living facilities and personal care boarding homes.


  • Primary Care/Patient Care - Estimated Percent of time Spent – 65%

  • Administrative - Estimated Percent of time Spent – 15%

  • Supervision - Estimated Percent of time Spent – 20%

Work for a leadership team that supports physician advancement and leadership development, that welcomes your input for continuous program enhancements.

Required Qualifications :


  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree required

  • Current active Medical License for state in which practicing

  • DEA number 

  • Adequate malpractice coverage required

  • Not on the Preclusion List

  • Board certification in a primary care specialty required

  • One (1) year of experience working in an outpatient setting, and also in working with senior patients.
