Overview:
Under the direction of an RN, responsible for providing direct patient care within the scope of practice. Assists patients with personal care related to hygiene, grooming, nutrition, activity and comfort.
Required Qualifications :
Required Experience
- Six months experience in an acute care facility and successful completion of a nursing attendant training course.
- Successful completion of a nursing attendant training course.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers sponsored by the American Heart Association.
- LA City fire card within 6 months of employment.
