JOB TITLE: Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) 
Location: Alpine, CA 91901 
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $25.00- $33.00/hour (Bill Rate: $46.43)



Requirements:




  • California State Certified Phlebotomy Technician License – Active




  • Valid CPR certification




  • Valid Driver’s License – Clean and Clear




Job Type: Full Time Temp – 4-Month Assignment (Possible Extension)




Position Summary:


The Certified Phlebotomy Technician will provide specimen collection..




Responsibilities:




  • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws




  • Collect, label, and process specimens per lab protocol




  • Accurately document patient and specimen information




  • Maintain lab equipment and ensure cleanliness




  • Prepare specimens for transport to labs




  • Follow HIPAA and infection control procedures




  • Deliver excellent patient care and service




  • Float to support other sites when required




  • Ensure proper patient identification and specimen integrity




Required Qualifications :



  • High School Diploma or GED




  • Minimum 2 years of medical laboratory experience 




  • Strong medical terminology knowledge




  • Attention to detail and data accuracy




  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
