Pay: $25.00 - $33.00/hour (DOE) (Bill Rate: $46.43)

Position Summary:

The Certified Phlebotomy Technician will perform specimen collection, processing, and data entry in support of clinic lab operations. 

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws

  
  


• 
  

  Collect, label, and process specimens per lab protocol

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately document patient and specimen information

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain lab equipment and cleanliness

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in preparing specimens for transport

  
  


• 
  

  Adhere to HIPAA and infection control standards

  
  


• 
  

  Provide excellent customer service to diverse populations

  
  


• 
  

  Support team with additional tasks as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure proper identification and patient verification

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain compliance with CLIA and OSHA regulations

  High School Diploma or GED

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical lab setting

  
  


• 
  

  Medical terminology proficiency

  Strong attention to detail and organization

  Excellent communication skills
