Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours)

Pay: $25.03 - $29.02 - $33.64/hour

Position Summary:
Urgent need for a Certified Phlebotomy Technician to support daily lab operations across multiple clinic sites in the South Bay San Diego area. This position plays a crucial role in patient care and must be adaptable to cover multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

  Perform blood draws and specimen collection with accuracy

  Label, process, and transport specimens according to protocols

  
  


• 
  

  Provide high-quality customer service to patients

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain clean and organized workspaces

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with safety and infection control procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Use electronic systems to document patient and lab information

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate effectively with healthcare teams

  
  


• 
  

  Travel to other locations as assigned

  
  


• 
  

  Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality

  Adhere to clinic policies and procedures

  High School Diploma or GED

  
  


• 
  

  Current California CPT license

  
  


• 
  

  CPR certification

  
  


• 
  

  Preferred: 1 year of phlebotomy experience in a medical lab

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient in medical terminology

  
  


• 
  

  Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

  Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
