Salary Range Starting at $225K - $340K (Dependent on experience)

· Education: Medical degree from an accredited psychiatry residency program

· 5 years experience in the field of Psychiatry

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Psychiatrist to serve as Chief Behavioral Health Officer and lead a dynamic outpatient behavioral health team. This leadership role combines clinical excellence with strategic oversight, offering the opportunity to shape the delivery of integrated behavioral health services within a mission-driven healthcare organization. The position involves direct psychiatric care for patients aged 16 and older, as well as oversight of behavioral health staff, program development, and cross-department collaboration.
The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative skills, a commitment to patient-centered care, and a passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health services. You will play a pivotal role in advancing initiatives related to Medication Assisted Treatment, community partnerships, and quality improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a board-certified Psychiatrist with at least five years of experience who is eager to influence systems of care while maintaining a meaningful clinical practice in a collaborative, equity-focused environment.
Work Hours Monday- Friday 8:00am to 5pm
