Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA - Day Center - East Oakland, CA

Requirements to Apply:

• High School Diploma or equivalent - Active and clear CA CNA license


• CPR Certification and First Aid training


• Experience working with frail or elderly population

Under the supervision of the Home Care Administrator, the Day Center CNA provides assistance to the participants in the Day Center and Clinic setting. Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide light housekeeping services to frail elders who need help to maintain a safe and comfortable home.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8 am to 5 pm
Pay Rate Range: $20.50 - $29.97 DOE

Sign On Bonus Up to $2,000
Tuition Reimbursement Up to $5,200/yr
Eligibility for annual Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general activities, nutrition, toileting, hygiene, laundry, and keeping center clean.


• Performs duties identified in the daily activity sheet.


• Records services in EHR.


• Accompanies participants at medical appointments.


• Follows HIPAA compliance.
