Requirements to Apply:



  • Fluent Bilingual: English / Spanish - REQUIRED

  • Dental Assistant Certificate from accredited program

  • Certifications: Coronal polishing & X-ray certification

  • BLS or CPR card and First Aid

  • You will need to obtain your Pit and Fissure Sealants certification within 60 days after the date of hire if you don’t currently have one.


The Dental Assistant assists the dentist(s) in providing primary care services to patients at the clinic or in the mobile oral health as well as for sterilization, preparation, and inventory control of dental instrument supplies.




Schedule: Full Time - 40 Hours Weekly - 8 Hour Shifts 



  • Monday - Friday 

  • Must be willing to work any time between 7:45am - 7pm 

  • 1-2 rotating Saturdays per month required

  • If you are booked for a Saturday you will have 1 weekday off instead


Pay Rate: Dental Assistant $21.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on knowledge and experience




Responsibilities:



  • Serve as Dentist Chairside Assistant

  • Prepares operation procedures for patient treatment as per Dental department protocols or directions.

  • Completion of dental radiographs in accordance with state regulations and law

  • The Dental Assistant maintains a list of Dental Department patients, monitors patient flow, and assists the dental director, and dental hygienist in assuring that all patient records are documents are filed correctly.

  • May be required to perform front office duties such as Scheduling, confirming appointments, verifying insurance, checking patients in and out, collecting co-pays, and managing balance due
