Job Overview


As a dentist in our practice, you'll have 1-2 dental assistants to ensure efficient patient care. Each dentist is assigned a group of patients to promote continuity of care, while also having the opportunity to collaborate with other dentists in the office for treatment planning and mentorship. Our practice offers a wide range of procedures, including composites, amalgams, dentures, partials, extractions, crown and bridge work, and endodontic treatments. Additionally, we have a medical clinic and pharmacy on-site for comprehensive patient care.


 


Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing dental conditions and providing appropriate treatment, as well as educating patients about their treatment plans and oral health maintenance. You'll also have the authority to prescribe medications when necessary. It's essential to thoroughly document all patient care in our electronic health record system and communicate effectively with other staff members regarding patient needs and treatment plans.
