Requirements to apply:



  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.

  • Active dental license in the state of Indiana.

  • Strong clinical skills and ability to provide high-quality dental care.

  • Skilled in interpreting and applying appropriated Dental laws and regulations.

  • At least 1 year of experience in non-for-profit environment (not required but highly preferred).

Job Overview


As a Dentist at our clinic, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of routine and emergency dental services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, prosthetics, endodontics, and minor oral surgery. You will oversee the initiation and interpretation of x-rays and lab studies, administer anesthetics and medications, and refer patients for specialty care when necessary. Additionally, you will supervise dental assistants and hygienists, conduct follow-up care, and educate patients and families on oral health. Collaborating with clinic staff, you will review productivity, provide training on illness prevention, and ensure a high level of customer service. Your professional judgment and expertise will align with organizational policies and dental profession standards, contributing to quality improvement initiatives and operational processes.
