Salary Range: $170,000 - $200,000

Degree: Master or PhD in Psychology or other related disciplines
License: Must possess a California license
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical psychology and leadership
Must rotate among different sites
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our team as the Director of Behavioral Health!
Job Overview
Director of Behavioral Health/Clinical Psychologist provides leadership for the development, planning, management and day-to-day operation of the integrated primary care/behavioral health program across our sites. Serves as an advocate for integrated care and works collaboratively with key providers/staff in areas of healthcare and administration to promote integrated care. Establishes, monitors and leads the improvement of targets and outcomes of the program. Provides supervision and guidance to Behavioral Health/Substance Use program providers and staff (e.g., LCSWs, Psych NPs, substance use counselors). Conducts culturally competent assessments, diagnoses, and treatment to patients, and works collaboratively with interdisciplinary medical teams to determine the best course of treatment for patients. Serves as trainer to promote quality customer service and cultural competence clinic-wide
