Salary Range $270,000 - $350,000 depending on experience + benefits!

Job Overview
As a compassionate and dedicated provider, you will offer comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm with no on-call or weekend operations. Responsibilities include medical assessments, treatment planning, and health education. Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals and stay up to date with medical advancements.
