Salary Range: $135,200 to $155,200
Requirements to apply:
Degree: A master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program in Family Adult Medicine
Licensure: Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Missouri required
Certification: Current AHA Healthcare Provider training (BCLS) required and CPR
Experience: 2 years of experience in a community health center and/or hospital setting
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our amazing team!
Job Overview
The Family Nurse Practitioners provides for the acute and chronic medical and health maintenance care of the patient and providing productivity as determined by the Chief Medical Officer. Providing after-hours coverage for urgent health care problems for health center patients on a rotational on-call basis. As well as working with the Collaborating physician(s) in getting care documentations reviewed (20% of charts) and providing care for patients.
