Family Practice Physician




Salary Range $178,000-198,000 DOE




 


We have an immediate need for a direct hire, full-time or part-time Family Practice Physician at one of our growing centers! We will consider locums. We also have a need in several other locations in the Northeastern Arizona region.

Job Overview




The Family Practice Physician will see patients of all ages and have a support team to available to collaborate with. The position manages and provides acute, chronic, preventative, curative, and rehabilitative medical care to patients of all ages and determines appropriate treatment.
Required Qualifications :

Requirements





  •  Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree; Current; active and unrestricted AZ State Medical License and DEA number

  • Completed residency in Family Medicine

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

  • Have experience or preference in an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility

  • CPR/BLS certification
