Salary Range $182,000 to $227,000 + benefits

Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in White Cloud, Cadillac, or Baldwin, MI. The ideal candidate will focus on establishing and managing a primary care panel, providing comprehensive healthcare to patients while prioritizing chronic health conditions management and preventive care. Participation in Quality Improvement initiatives is integral to ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes. Additionally, involvement in community education functions and offering medical advisory support to community health groups will be encouraged. Collaboration with mid-level providers may also be required to optimize patient care delivery and support team-based healthcare approaches.
