Family Practice Physician

Salary Range $218,400 to $239,200 Annually + benefits

Requirements to apply:

• Possess the legal requirements for the practice of medicine in CA as determined by the CA Board of Medical.


• Examiners, including a current CA state license, DEA certificate, and current CPR card.


• Board certified/eligible with current certificate in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.


• Covid vaccine required.


• 5 years of experience in a primary care environment.


• Previous work experience should demonstrate adaptability to changing priorities and excellent attention to detail.


• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.


• Bilingual is a plus.


• Letter of recommendation.

We have an immediate need for a direct hire, full time Family Practice Physician at one of our growing centers!

Job Overview

The role involves developing and implementing policies for primary care programs, manages a patient load of 20-22 individuals per day covering a diverse population, diagnosing and treating patients in a fixed medical setting, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, collaborating for improved clinical outcomes, providing leadership, using E-Clinical Works, consulting with other healthcare professionals, conducting research, and handling administrative responsibilities. Consideration of socioeconomic and environmental factors in treatment planning is emphasized. Additional duties may be assigned.
