Front Desk Representative - Bilingual Spanish
· Provide general customer service functions at the company reception area.
· Greet and assist visitors at the reception area.
· Collect employee timesheets and route them to the correct department.
· Scan timesheets into EMR system after they have been entered into HCIT for payroll.
· Organize employee paychecks and distributes them as directed.
· Perform typing, mailing, faxing, scanning, and copying of various correspondences or materials as assigned.
· Screen and route telephone calls and respond to inquiries from employees.
· Compile and complete Word and Excel documents as needed.
· Create employee ID badges for all employees.
· Collect annual TB Assessments and Appraisals.
· Assist applicants with proper completion of application forms.
· Assist with translating to and from Spanish.
· Assist with HR operations, as needed.
· Participate in weekly HR Department meetings.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Great Communication Skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
