Job Overview      

This integrated MD/OD practice comprises seven MDs and three ODs, offering comprehensive and glaucoma specialty services. The recent growth of the practice has led to the addition of a new physician. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a call rotation shared among the practice MDs, and hospital calls are available but not mandatory. The immediate ramp-up opportunity is due to a retiring physician. The primary office is located in Portsmouth, VA, with additional offices in Chesapeake, VA, and Virginia Beach, VA. While the physician will primarily practice in the main Portsmouth location, visits to satellite offices are also required. The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and trained scribes to enhance clinic efficiency. The staff is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, fostering a positive patient experience environment.
