HOME CARE/CLINIC RN - FT - Week Days 

West Los Angeles, CA

Brand New, State-of-the-Art Clinic dedicated to the Seniors in the Community!

FULL TIME DIRECT HIRE (not a temp or contract role)

SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm 

SALARY RANGE: $106k to $110,240k

WORK-LIFE BALANCE: NO Nights, Weekends, or Holidays and NO On-Call Shifts!

You MUST meet the following qualifications to be considered for employment:

• LANGUAGE: Bilingual English/Spanish.


• EDUCATION: Graduate of a school of professional nursing (ASN, BSN, MSN)


• LICENSE: Valid and unencumbered CA State RN License


• Verification of completion of CPR (BLS) and first aid training


• Valid California driver’s license and reliable vehicle


• EXPERIENCE: At least one year as an RN, preferably in HOME CARE, HOME HEALTH or community health care working with the frail or elderly; experience in case management; and ACUTE CARE experience with IVs, bladder scans and assessing/triaging patients.


• Comfortable and confident in providing in-home care for frail and elderly patients.


• Proficient computer skills (MS OFFICE), and strong communication skills.

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the RN Clinic Supervisor, the Home Care/Clinic RN conducts visits and provides direct patient care at private homes and in the clinic with PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) participants.  The Home Care/Clinic RN works in close coordination with the RN Clinic Supervisor and the Primary Care Physician to manage ongoing care and complex clinical situations. The Home Care/Clinic RN works both in the field as a Home Care RN and also in the clinic as needed.
