Job Description :
 Position Summary: Responsible for administration and clerical support for employee relations, leaves of absences, terminations, reports and data entry as needed.

 

 

1. Responsible for administration of all leaves of absences including collection of required documentation; sending out required forms; mailing out letters; tracking payments, maintaining log and entering data in Ultipro. 

2. Responsible for ensuring PICAs have been signed by the employee before maintaining log and filing in personnel file. Responsible for providing PICA report to Accounting the first week of each month for incentive bonus program. 

3. Responsible for knowing HR policies and required practices and presenting any questions or unusual situations to the HR management. 

4. Responsible for employment terminations including exit interviews; Reason for leaving data entry for report purposes; obtaining final check and paperwork and 

5. presenting to HR manager as requested; 

6. Responsible for Employee of the Month log and posting and emails. Also include in formation for MOR each month 

7. Responsible for Emergency Relief collection of data; policy compliance; ER committee email for voting; recordkeeping and processing if approved. Also include in formation for MOR each month 

8. Responsible for reports such as Turnover, Census, Performance Evaluations, Temporary employees and others as needed. 

9. Responsible for front desk rotation coverage including visitor log, movie ticket log and inventory, new hire packets, answering phones, greeting visitors, ordering supplies, creating ID Badges and more. 

10. Responsible for own filing

11. Assists and leads HR audits as needed
Required Qualifications :
 Education Required (Minimum level of education): HS diploma required. BA degree in HR/Business Administration or related field preferred. 

 

Experience Required (Minimum level of experience): 2 years of relevant HR experience preferred. Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills. Spanish speaking and writing preferred.
