Primary Care Physician
Salary Range $245,000-$275,000 DOE +Bonus and Benefits
Requirements to apply:
· Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree required
· Current active state Medical License and DEA license with full prescriptive authority
· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice, Geriatrics, or Internal Medicine
· Minimum of 2 years of clinical work experience
· Minimum of one year working with the frail or elderly
· Not on the CMS Preclusion List
· ACLS certification
We have an immediate need for a direct hire, full time Primary Care Physician at one of our growing centers!
Job Overview
The Primary Care Physician oversees the medical care of senior participants in a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic setting, with some local travel to patient homes or skilled nursing facilities. The PCP will usually see 10-12 patients per day, with adequate time provided for charting, patient follow – up, and care coordination. The PCP supervises two Nurse Practitioners and collaborates with a full team of other clinical practitioners including social workers, physical therapists, etc.
