LCSW - ACSW
Position: LCSW or ACSW (Direct hire, full time)
Salary Range: LCSW - $120K range DOE, ACSW - $80K range DOE
Schedule: M-F, 8am to 5pm or similar
Location: Coachella Valley. Willing to assist with relocation for the right candidate!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree Social Work (MSW)
- CPR Certified
- 1-5 years’ experience of post-degree clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- Knowledge of Social Work Professional Code of Ethics and Values.
- General knowledge and understanding of Evidence Based Practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.
- General knowledge of behavioral health counseling skills including; the ability to perform biopsychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, supportive therapy, and coping skills development.
- Knowledge of, or the ability to find resources for patients and the ability to link and refer patients as needed.
- Experience with an Electronic Health Record system.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus
- Knowledge of providing culturally competent services to a variety of diverse patients with an emphasis on rural populations.
Licensure Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
- Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) will be considered for the right candidate, provided registration and number issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Job Overview
As a Licensed Social Worker or Associate Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or ACSW), you will advocate and help assigned patients gain access to resources while confronting their medical and behavioral issues, provide patients with recommendations and behavioral interventions. In this role you will be a part of the Integrated Medical Team and you will report to the Director of Behavioral Health Services.
