Annual Salary for full time position, $75K- $100K DOE. - Plus Sign On Bonus
We have an immediate need for a direct hire, full-time Licensed Social Worker at our established Springfield center!

Job Overview
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW (or Licensed Mental Health Clinician, LMHC) provides behavioral health services in a manner that upholds the mission to improve the health status and well-being of under-served segments of the population of the Springfield area, through behavioral health, education, other healthcare services, and research.
This includes the following of all behavioral health contract requirements (staffing, scope of work, and documentation), utilization of funding, staff productivity, and patient satisfaction.
May need to travel locally 50+ percent of the time, with remote and/or office work the balance of the time.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited college or university.
- LCSW or LMHC license with current MA BBS strongly preferred. (Would accept a candidate who is in MA program and ready to graduate and obtain license shortly. They would be interning if so.)
Experience
- Experience working with substance abuse disorders
- 2 years' experience working in a medical setting; outpatient strongly preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred but not required
