Salary Range: $87,200 to $98,210
Requirements to apply:
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; or Master’s Degree and licensed in counseling, social work, or a related field
Experience
· A minimum of two (2) years of counseling experience required
· Experience in delivering behavioral health services required
· Knowledge of DSM-V required
· Experience in an integrated health care environment preferred
· Experience in Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and NCQA Standards preferred
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated LCSW to join our St. Louis, MO team!
Job Overview
Provides assessment, consultation, and brief intervention for psychological/psychiatric problems and/or disorders. Assists the primary care team in developing care management processes such as the use of guidelines, disease management techniques, case management, and patient education to improve self-management of chronic disease. Evaluates crisis situations and applies appropriate interventions. Assists in the detection of “at risk” patients and development of plans to prevent further psychological or physical deterioration
