Salary Range: $96,000- $112,000 DOE + Bonus and Benefits
Requirements to apply:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- LMFT with current California BBS license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability needed
Experience:
- Experience working with substance abuse disorders, preferred
- Experience working in a medical setting preferred
Job Overview
The primary responsibilities of this role involve screening new referrals, ensuring required documentation is complete, and conducting timely Behavioral Health Assessments. Compliance with county documentation requirements is maintained through the electronic medical record system. Coordination and collaboration with various entities, such as Case Managers, Psychiatrists, and School staff, are crucial. Additional duties encompass maintaining clinic policies, attending meetings, fostering professional growth, and upholding ethical standards, confidentiality, and patient privacy.
