Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group is looking for a PACE LPN who will be responsible for: assessing, coordinating, monitoring and providing health care services and treatment for the PACE Organization participants; and coordinating quality improvement development, support, MDS data collection and analysis.

Required Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in Russian
Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with a current MA license.
Have 2 years of elderly care experience, one year in RN capacity
License/Certification:
BLS Certification
RN (Required)
