Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Mobile Unit

Location: San Ysidro, CA 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Pay: $34.17 – $43.92/hr (DOE)

Requirements: Valid CA LVN License

Position Summary:
Seeking an LVN to provide vaccination support via a mobile health unit. This role includes travel to various locations throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

  Administer vaccines to patients at mobile unit locations

  
  


• 
  

  Travel locally between scheduled sites

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of vaccines

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor patients' post-vaccination

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate patient records

  
  


• 
  

  Follow infection control and safety procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate effectively with team and patients

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with inventory and supply restocking

  
  


• 
  

  Provide culturally competent care

  
  


• 
  

  Support general mobile clinic operations

  
  

• 
  

  High school diploma or GED

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 1 year of LVN experience

  
  


• 
  

  Current California LVN license

  
  


• 
  

  CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association)

  
  


• 
  

  Clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
