Overview:
Are you a Medical Assistant (MA) seeking an exciting opportunity in working at a Primary Care Outpatient Facility? Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group (CCWSG) is looking for MAs interested in working at a primary care facility in Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity for MAs who can work independently while providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient condition during movement and report any changes to registered nurses or physicians.


• Take and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and respiration.


• Front and Back office duties


• Accurately input data into an electronic health record system


• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by cleaning and organizing patient areas.


• Encourage patient participation in self-care activities and recreational therapy.


• Escort patients to outside activities or appointments as needed.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association at the start.

Minimum of 1 year of MA experience

High school or equivalent

Completion of a State-approved program for medical assistants

Fully fluent in English/Spanish medical terminology.
