We’re looking for a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping others through science.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform essential lab tests in Hematology, Urinalysis, Chemistry, and Coagulation.


• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.


• Accurately record and manage patient data.


• Maintain and organize lab supplies and work areas.


• Strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.

• Comfortable using technical equipment and software.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.


• Experience in a laboratory setting is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training!

Position Available: Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

Location: Chula Vista

Duration: Temporary (13 weeks with potential for extension)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week. 

Must be available for 8-hour shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• Current CPR certificate.


• MLT California State License.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician.


• Proficient in operating laboratory instruments such as ISTAT, Piccolo, Chemistry Analyzer, Coulter, CBC instruments, Urinalysis instruments like Clinitek or Siemens, and Coagu-Check instrument.
