Advanced Practitioner (ARNP/PA-C)



Salary Range: $115,000 - $145,000/yr + RVU Incentive Bonus
(Higher range available for highly experienced candidates)


 


Requirements to apply:



  • Active Washington State licensure as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C).


    • Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) if PA-C.


  • Current CPR certification.

  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Prior experience in a family practice setting highly desirable.

Job Overview:
The Advanced Practitioner delivers an expanded level of healthcare, blending traditional medical responsibilities with the autonomy of advanced clinical decision-making. Working under the guidance of a Physician Preceptor and within established medical guidelines, this role provides primary, acute, chronic, and emergency care aimed at restoring and maintaining optimal patient health. As a key member of a collaborative, mission-driven team, you’ll play a critical role in integrated care delivery across rural and underserved populations.


 


Core Responsibilities:



  • Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop care plans.

  • Deliver direct patient care in both primary and urgent care settings.

  • Manage acute and chronic illnesses using evidence-based treatment.

  • Assume clinical responsibility for patient outcomes under preceptor supervision.

  • Deliver services in satellite clinics and special community programs (e.g., well-baby clinics, sports physicals, migrant health screenings).

  • Provide perinatal services and backup care for maternal health programs.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement public health initiatives.

  • Promote a culture of respect, service, and community empowerment.

  • Maintain confidentiality of patient records and organizational information.
