Nurse Practitioner


Salary Range - $119,000 - $131,600 DOE


 


We have an immediate need for a direct hire, full time Nurse Practitioner at one of our growing centers!

Job Overview


 


Under the supervision and direction of the Physician and Medical Director, the Nurse Practitioner provides primary care to our visiting Day Center participants by evaluating participant physical complaints and providing appropriate treatment. Some travel to SNFs or patient homes during the week, collaborating with a variety of caregivers.

Required Qualifications :

Requirements



  • Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and Board Certification

  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license required

  • Prescriptive Authority

  • DEA State License

  • Minimum two (2) year of post-graduation experience required, including some work with seniors. 

  • Seeking candidates who have a passion for working with senior populations


Education



  • Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) 

  • Years of Experience – 1-2+ Years
