Nurse Practitioner – Family Practice


Salary Range $125,000 to $140,000 + sign-on bonus/relocation assistance


 


Requirements to apply:



  • Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona.

  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a primary care setting.

  • Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or Primary Health Care environment preferred.

  • Spanish / English Bilingual preferred.



We are seeking dedicated and experienced Family Practice Nurse Practitioners to join our healthcare team in multiple locations within the Tucson, AZ area.


 


Job Overview      
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will operate under the general supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, delivering comprehensive patient care in a primary care setting. Your responsibilities include following evidence-based guidelines for diagnosing, treating, and monitoring acute and chronic conditions. You will identify short-term and long-range patient care issues, collaborating with other providers as needed. Ensuring continuity of care through the development and implementation of treatment plans, you will conduct health maintenance care, physical examinations, and well-baby checks for all ages.
Collaborating with physicians on complex cases, you will order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and conduct follow-ups through various communication channels. Documenting patient interactions and promoting wellness through health education are vital aspects of this role. Your participation in community awareness activities and off-site programs aligns with our commitment to comprehensive healthcare.
