Job Overview
As an OB/FAMILY MEDICINE physician, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment, delivering both obstetric and family medicine services to ensure the health and wellness of women and families in our community. You will have the opportunity to mentor and supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) while collaborating with a dedicated team.
Your key responsibilities will include providing comprehensive obstetric care, such as prenatal care and deliveries, along with routine family medicine services. You will supervise APPs under collaborative agreements to ensure quality care for new patients. Additionally, you will participate in shared call responsibilities for OB, ideally 1 in 6, and assist with family medicine as needed for adult inpatient services. Occasional rotating urgent care hours will be required from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Throughout your practice, you will focus on quality metrics and gap closure to improve patient outcomes.
Compensation:
- Salary Range:
- New Grad OB: $200K (full-time)
- New Grad FM: $150K
- New Grad FM with OB: $170K
- Incentives: Currently offering sign-on bonuses; developing an incentive/productivity plan based on patient volume and quality metrics.

Work Hours:
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional rotating urgent care hours from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
