Salary Range: $140,000 to $185,000
Requirements to apply:
- Medical Degree: Doctor of Optometry
- Board Certification: Verified passing of both the National Licensing exam from the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO), and the California State Licensing exam from California State Board of Optometry.
- Licensure: Valid California state license to practice optometry.
- Experience: Education in Optometry from an accredited program with a 1-year residency in an area of focus.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation and be free of any felony convictions.
- Must have a vehicle, valid California driver’s license
- All positions require sensitivity to traditions, customs, and socioeconomic needs, and ability at times to meet and deal effectively with varied cultures, which requires tact, courtesy, discretion, resourcefulness, and good judgment in handling functions of a sensitive nature.

Job Overview
Under the general supervision of the Medical Director, the Optometrist is responsible for providing comprehensive primary eye care to patients of all ages. This position collaborates with other providers as needed and within the established protocols to deliver patient care. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat vision problems and eye diseases, perform primary care examinations, and prescribe corrective lenses.
