Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (Hybrid- must be local to San Diego or willing to relocate)
Pay: $51.47-67.187 (DOE)

Position Summary: Leads talent management, employee engagement, and internal HR communications, focusing on performance management, career development, and succession planning. They collaborate with HR teams and leadership to enhance workforce capabilities and improve the employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement talent management strategies, including performance reviews and goal planning.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, vendor relationships, and action planning.
- Oversee internal HR communications, ensuring consistent messaging and timely updates.
- Design and track performance metrics and dashboards to measure the success of HR programs.
- Drive career pathing, talent mobility, and succession planning efforts across the organization.
- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and leadership teams to assess and address workforce development needs.
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Experience specifically with Organizational Development/Effectiveness, Excellent with Excel, Reporting, Metrics & Analysis
- 3+ years prior professional experience leading HR programs.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Management, or other relevant degree
