Part-Time


Salary Range $134,000.00 - $138,000.00 per year part-time up to $160,000 full-time






Requirements to apply:



  • D.S. or D.M.D. from a school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) and American Dental Association.

  • Current, valid, and unrestricted California Dental License.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Must be able to work independently within the scope of assigned task with minimum supervision.

  • Bilingual is a plus.

  • Letter of recommendation. 


 


Job Overview 
As a Pediatric Dentist, your primary responsibilities involve delivering comprehensive dental services, including routine and emergency care. Using dental instruments, x-rays, and diagnostic equipment, you assess dental health, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans, ensuring patient safety with proper protective measures. Your role extends to designing and fitting prosthodontic appliances, prescribing medications, and referring patients to specialty care when needed. Patient education is paramount, where you inform individuals and families about preventive dental care and treatment options. You coordinate the activities of dental support staff, administer anesthetics for pain management, and employ various dental tools and instruments in procedures. Your expertise encompasses formulating treatment plans for patients' teeth and oral tissues, including the evaluation and diagnosis of dental conditions.
