Salary Range: $280,000 to 290,000 + $30k Retention Bonus


 


Requirements to apply:



  • Licensure: Current California Physician & Surgeon License.

  • Board Certification: Board Certified Pediatrician

  • Medical Degree: MD or DO

  • Certification: Current DEA Certificate and Current CPR Certification.

  • Experience: Experience in working with clients and staff from diverse socio-economic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.

  • Preferences: Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

  • Location: Ability to travel from site to site as needed.

Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join a primary care team, responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management of pediatric and adolescent patients. In this role, you will collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and report to the physician team leader overseeing pediatric care. You will provide medical care, consult with nurses and clinical staff, and coordinate care for an assigned panel of patients. Additionally, you will participate in the training of medical students and interns, contribute to quality assurance activities, and engage in customer service training using the AIDET framework to enhance patient experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment.
