Pharmacy Technician

Location: Thornton, CO
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (MT)
Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Job Type: Temporary Position, Target Start Date: First Week of January

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician and work with state-of-the-art automation and robotic systems. Under direct supervision, you will perform activities related to drug distribution, ordering, and medication dispensing. Supervision and guidance will be provided by a Pharmacist, manager, or higher-level Pharmacy Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill prescriptions, handle electronic prescriptions, and prepare medication batches.


• Operate and monitor robotic dispensing machines.


• Manage pharmaceutical supplies, including blister packs, inventory logging, and reclamation duties.


• Maintain patient profiles using proprietary software and document medication care plans.


• Adhere to compliance, efficiency, and quality standards, participating in company quality initiatives.


• Establish and maintain effective communication with customers and healthcare providers.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• Active Colorado pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy.


• Strong data entry, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.


• Proficient in computer skills and knowledgeable in pharmacy software.


• Ability to work in a detailed and multi-tasking environment with strong listening and comprehension skills.
