Part Time / Per Diem ramping up to Full Time
Location: Newton, MA
Salary: Full Time - 35 visits weekly - $90,000 - $95,000 annual

**This role will support a brand new PACE program in Newton. This role is expected to begin as PRN or Part Time and ramp up to Full Time as enrollment increases**
Potential to earn more in time by exceeding 35 visits weekly! Earning potential of $20k+ over base salary! As enrollment increases opportunity to earn more increases too!
You must have the following qualifications:
- Physical Therapist license issued by the State of MA Physical Therapy Board
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid MA driver's license, vehicle, and reliable transportation. Live locally and open to drive to patient's homes
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with adults, including some work with the frail elderly (Geriatric) and disabled populations required
- Bilingual: English + Ukrainian / Russian / Spanish a plus
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8 am-5 pm) - Per Diem or Part Time can be self scheduled within normal business hours with a goal to ramp up to full time schedule.
Annual Salary: Full Time - 35 visits weekly - $90-$95k plus $2500 sign-on Bonus
Part Time / Per Diem is Pro-Rated based on hours worked weekly. Position is expected to begin as PT/PRN and ramp up to FTE.

Responsibilities:
The Physical Therapist provides services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or chronic illness as they restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health.
Administers physical therapy treatments by utilizing physical agent modalities-moist packs/heating pads, cold packs, TENS, EMS, ultrasound machine, and traction, directing treatments given by assistants.
This position is an 80%+ field-based role, where you will travel to patient's homes. Some administrative work from the W. Springfield office, and/or documentation from home is possible.
