Salary Range $155,000 to $205,000 + benefits

  • Completion of a 1-year internship program.

  • Board certification in primary care, family practice, or internal medicine.

  • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible medical experience in a clinical setting.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in behavioral health is preferred but not required.

Job Overview


The position involves providing comprehensive primary care services in an ambulatory clinic setting, including minor outpatient procedures, specialty referrals, and consultation. The role requires collaboration with other healthcare providers and staff, participation in a shared call system, and patient education and counseling. Additionally, the candidate will supervise clinical programs, facilitate integrative services, develop in-service training, lead peer review, and direct quality assurance/improvement programs. They'll review, formulate, and implement clinical protocols, ensure staff's adherence to guidelines, and manage clinic on-call schedules. The position entails exercising supervision over professional staff, maximizing team skills, and maintaining compliance with state and federal practice guidelines and non-discrimination requirements. It's a temp-to-hire opportunity with 2 administrative and 3 clinical days.
